Birthday Parties

Children’s Birthday Party ~

Your party can be simple or extravagant. You select the pottery for your guests to paint, pay for each item painted (a minimum of $5 per item please) and a $5.00 studio fee per piece (waived for Birthday honoree). We only ask that there be a minimum of six painters. You will have two hours of reserved table space, a staff person will be assigned to direct the party and assist the painters, as needed, a side table for gifts and refreshments. You are welcome to bring in any refreshments, including cake, drinks, pizza A minimum of $60.00 for each party is required. Add a commemorative personalized photo frame with group photo (optional at $20 each).

Adult Parties ~

Ideal for celebrations, meetings, girls’ day/night out, or just for fun. Your party starts with everyone selecting and painting pottery of their choice or of the host’s theme. You pay for each piece of pottery and a $5 studio fee for each item painted. We provide a side table for food (guaranteed for two hours only). Add a group photo and personalized frame for an additional $20.00.

Take Pottery to your next Celebration

Your can take or we can bring your pottery selection to your next family gathering, birthday or anniversary celebration, bridal or baby shower with paints and supplies. Have a pottery painting party at your house! Inquire with the studio about having The Painted Plate host your party in your home.

Bridal and Baby Showers

Shower your mom-to-be or bride and groom with pottery. Each guest can enjoy treasures hand painted by his or her closest friends and family.

The fine print

Unfortunately, during regular business hours and due to limited space we must limit parties to 25 guests, including any parents and non-painting guests. If your party requirements are larger than 25 guests, we will be happy to schedule your party at the start of the day or the end of the day, or to open late or close early to accommodate your needs - see below for details.

Private parties

Need the whole studio for your party? Please allow for a minimum of $100 in pottery and studio fees for each hour that you ask us to close to the public, open early, or stay late. Limited available and advance notice of at least 30 days required.
